Our company shall identify the purpose of using personal information in advance, and handle in that purpose range.

Limitation to Third Parties

Our company shall not provide personal data to third parties without his or her consent except for the following.

1. In case of complying law.
2. In case of having difficulties in getting his or her consent despite that it is necessary to protect human's life or assets.
3. In case of having difficulties in getting his or her consent despite that it is specifically necessary to improve public health or promote sound development of the juvenile.
4. In case that the person in public authorities or local public agencies, or the person who received a commission from those organizations, asked our company to help the task to be accomplished specified by law but the task might be damaged if getting his or her consent.

Shared Use of Personal Information

People in our group companies may use personal data in order to achieve a required purpose. Even in that case, we shall severely force them to keep the policy.

Managing Outside Party

When our company delegates personal information handling to an outsider, we shall carefully select the party who handles personal information properly, and we shall force them to manage personal information appropriately by contract.

Safety Control Measures

Our company shall store the personal information that we own under extremely strict management, and we shall avoid illegal trespassing into personal information, loss, alternation and leaking of personal information by performing safety measures of proper and rational level.

Disclosure of Personal Data

Our company establishes a consultation service about any question including disclosure of personal data, and shall comply with regulation and work on in a rational range.
